At AIG Construction & Development, we’re more than a construction company—we’re a family-owned business built on Christian values, honesty, and integrity, and a little bit of southern hospitality. Based in Waxhaw, NC, and working within a 45-mile radius, we bring years of experience in grading, excavating, and building custom homes with a team of expert crews who know the ins and outs of every project.

With over 50 homes built and more than 100 lots developed, including residential sites and parking lots, our experience covers every aspect of the entire construction process. Going from yanking old trees out of the ground to moving the last bit of furniture, we got you covered on anything you want to complete. We believe in direct communication, project planning months in advance, and educating clients on what to expect when expecting.
